Boone Central School Board and members of the school bond support committee worked on plans and promotional materials for the bond campaign during a work session at school last Thursday evening, Oct. 2.
School board members were planning to begin making presentations in support of the $12.99 million bond issue to several organizations this week and throughout the month of October.
The board is seeking support for a $12.99 million bond issue to renovate existing classrooms and build an addition that will include a new kitchen, cafeteria/commons area, gym, locker rooms and other facilities.
