Boone County Health Center is ahead of the curve in meeting the government’s mandate for hospitals and clinics to convert to Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
“Only seven percent or 140 of U.S. hospitals and clinics have met the government’s timeline goal for Stage 2 of Meaningful Usage, and we’re one of them,” said Larry Zoucha, the hospital’s chief information officer.
