Monday night was a homecoming for clinician Adam Zrust, and a 70th anniversary for the Boone Central Choral Clinic.
It was also an evening filled with special music from a 450-voice choir and five smaller groups performing a variety of choral selections at the Boone Central Gym.
The experience of returning to his hometown as a choir clinician has been “refreshing, and also a little surreal,” said Zrust, who graduated from Boone Central in 2001 and was involved in the choral clinic as a student for four years.
