Albion City Council declared a nuisance property and approved several requests during its regular meeting Tuesday night, Jan. 13.
After reviewing an inspection report and photos, the council voted unanimously in favor of a resolution declaring a nuisance exists on the property at 346 North Seventh Street.
The owner will have 30 days to remedy the nuisance conditions. If not remedied by that time, the nuisance officer can have the city abate the nuisances and bill the property owner.
