Boone County Commissioners heard the annual financial report of Boone County Health Center during their regular meeting Monday, Jan. 26.
Vic Lee, president and CEO of the health center, said the facility remains in a strong financial position, but there was a decline in the number of patients seen per day during 2014, primarily due to a new software conversion for electronic medical records. Activity is now increasing and back near the levels experienced before the software installation, Lee said.
