After reviewing a feasibility study on possible upgrade of a minimum maintenance road west of Albion, Boone County Commissioners voted Monday not to upgrade the road at county expense.
The commissioners voted 3-0 to keep the half mile of 255th Street, from 140th to 145th Avenues, as minimum maintenance because of flood plain drainage issues and the estimated cost of $65,600.
