Museum roof to be repaired

Boone County Museum will have its leaky roof repaired.
At their June 24 meeting, the county commissioners approved a total expenditure of $52,983 for installation of a polyurethane foam roof coating for the entire building.
Boone County Historical Society officers Pat Boilesen and Paul Hosford met with the commissioners again to discuss museum repair and improvement needs.
Since the roof is currently leaking, roof repair is the top priority for repairs.
