Albion Planning Commission gave recommendations for a conditional use permit and a zoning change Monday night, Aug. 10, to assist two businesses in locating their facilities in and near Albion.
Jay and Carmen Johnson plan to build an auto repair shop in downtown Albion, and requested a conditional use permit.
Pillen Milling, LLC plans to build a feed mill, grain storage facility and office on property bordering Highway 14 a short distance north of Albion.
