It’s Rhythm & Ribs time this Saturday, Aug. 22, in downtown Albion.
Gates will open on Fourth Street Saturday at 8 a.m., when grilling contestants will begin cooking their ribs and food for sampling. The beer garden opens at 10 a.m. Barbecue sampling will start at 12 noon. and continue until the judging at 4:30 p.m. A rib dinner and cream can supper will be held at 6 p.m.
