Poppy Day in Albion will be Friday, Nov. 20. The Buddy Poppy represents the blood shed by American military service members and reminds us of their sacrifices.
The poppies are assembled by disabled and needy Veterans in VA hospitals. Proceeds from the drives are used for aid, relief and comfort of needy Veterans and members of the Armed Forces and their dependents.
Co-chairs for the drive are Sherry Packard and Pam Wright.
