Co-op members approve merger

A merger of Country Partners Cooperative (CPC), headquartered at Spalding, and All Points Cooperative, headquartered at Gothenburg, has been approved by stockholder members of the two companies.
Boards of directors of both cooperatives recently met to ratify the votes cast by their respective memberships and approve the merger, effective Feb. 1, 2016.
The unified cooperative will retain the name of Country Partners. Tod Clark will serve as CEO.
Country Partners members voted 89 percent in favor of the merger.
