Boone Central School Board approved a purchase of one-to-one Chromebooks devices for students as part of the new technology plan Monday night, Feb. 8.
This plan from the technology committee was presented to the board last December, and again Monday night by Tina Sauser, technology coordinator, and Amy Thompson, library/media specialist.
The school will purchase 400 Chromebooks, along with GoGuardian management software, at a total cost of $92,800.
