Roland Omar Dobson, 97, of St. Paul, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Cedar Rapids with Rev. Vern Olson officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Cedar Rapids with military rites by Dan Cox American Legion Post #44 of Cedar Rapids.
