A new event, Puttin’ in P-Town was discussed at the Petersburg Community Club meeting held Monday, March 7, 2016.
It will be held March 19 and will be an adult only (21 and over) activity.
Team members will go to participating businesses where a four-member team will putt into a pre-designed golf hole. The score will be collective. Refreshments will be served by the businesses who must be community club members.
Sign up will be at the Legion from 2-3 p.m. or teams may register on the community club Facebook page. Cost will be $40 per team.
Golf will begin promptly at 3 p.m. with a shotgun start. The last hole will be at the Petersburg Legion.
