Boone Central School Board will wait another month to receive its guaranteed maximum price (GMP) on the school construction/renovation project.
During a work session on the project Tuesday night, March 1, architect Jim Berg of BVH Architects, Lincoln, told the board that project drawings have not yet progressed to a point where the construction manager has enough basis to deliver the GMP.
“We have to have the drawings 75 percent complete for the GMP, and we aren’t close to that,” said Berg.
