A meeting to plan the first “Cops & Bobbers” kids’ fishing tournament will be held Wednesday, April 6, at 7 p.m. in the Albion Fire Station.
In preliminary planning, the contest date has been set for June 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Stevenson’s Lake west of Petersburg.
The contest will be sponsored by Boone County law enforcement and area businesses.
