Dave Shanno of Albion was recognized for 20 years of service at Loup Power District.
Shanno joined Loup in 1996 as a lineman/serviceman at the Albion Retail Operation. In 1998, he passed the journeyman/lineman test and was promoted to journeyman lineman while retaining his serviceman title. Today, he continues in the position of journeyman lineman/Serviceman at the Albion Retail Operation.
