A total of 15 main precast concrete wall panels were in place along the south gym wall as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, with three more panels yet to place that day. The full south wall was complete by the end of the work day on Sept. 13.
Site manager Bruce Niessen said recent rains did not cause any major slowdowns. Placement of precast wall panels was expected to continue this week on the east and west sides.
