No action was taken on the annexations, because the city was still awaiting formal surveys and legal descriptions from JEO Consulting Group, Inc.
An annexation ordinance is pending for the South Fuller Addition, which would include property along south Third Street, south of West Fuller and primarily on the east side of South Third.
The other annexation ordinance is pending for the Andersen Subdivision property recently developed by Jerry Niewohner to the south of South Street along the west side of south Eighth Street. It would also include property owned by Dana and Karen Andersen south of South Street.
