Albion Chamber of Commerce will be passing out Chamber Bucks to area students when they show their top grades from report cards last school year during the Back to School Cash event on Thursday, July 26, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the downtown mini-park.
Current and new teachers are also invited to attend this event.
In conjunction with Back to School Cash, at the same location, the Boone Central Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) will be “packing the bus” with school supplies for students at Boone Central and St. Michael’s School. Those wishing to donate can check the school supply lists for both schools.
The 2018-19 school year will begin for local students on Tuesday, Aug. 14.
