Valarie Sue Pruden, 60, of St. Edward, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Faith Regional Health Center in Norfolk.
She is survived by her four children: Jaylene (Brian) Sisneros of Ukiah, CA; Dave Pruden of Albion; grandchildren: Quinn and Harper Pruden of Norfolk, Kelsey Pruden (friend Brandon Sheffield) of Papillion; Michelle Beltz of Norfolk; sister Marietta (Mark) Rosno of Genoa; niece Jasmine (Ben) Konrad of Columbus; nephew Matthew Rosno of Genoa; uncles Melvin Pruden of Fayetteville, NC and Robert (LaVonne) Holcomb of Norfolk; aunt Sharon Holcomb of Norman, OK; cousins: Connie (Charlie) Frisch and Shelly (Brian) Raabe of Norfolk; Randy (Tracy) Holcomb of Lincoln; Amy Segroves (Michael) Edmond, OK; Jennifer Grimes (Tom) Norman, OK: cousin; Joel (Marvi) Pruden, Ewing, along with many friends.
Valarie was preceded in death by her grandparents: Richard and Marjorie Holcomb, grandparents Terrell (Fuzz) and Dorothy Pruden: parents: Don and Martha Pruden, granddaughter Emma Pruden, uncles: Lewis Holcomb and Carroll Newburn: and aunt Donna Newburn.
A Celebration of Life service was held Friday, August 3, 2018 at United Methodist Church, St. Edward, with Rev. Vernon Olson officiating.
