Boone County recreational trail, phase I, is 60 to 70 percent complete this week. The contractor, B&S Concrete, is working along Eighth Street. At the top, Dave Baker uses a track loader to prepare the grade last week, while the crew starts setting forms for a section of the eight-foot-wide trail.
