Boone County Health Center this week is issuing requests for proposals to construction management/general contractor firms for pre-construction and construction services on a proposed addition/renovation project.
The health center is seeking to enter into a construction manager at-risk agreement for the project, according to a public notice published in this week’s Albion News.
Services to be provided for the project include conceptual and preliminary cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, development of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and construction administrative services. Estimated construction cost is $22.7 million. BCHC is working with USDA on financing the project.
