Buntemeyer to receive honor from UNK Alumni

Krystle Buntemeyer, president of SCORR Marketing, will receive the 2019 Distinguished Young Alumni Award from the University of Nebraska at Kearney Alumni Association.
Krystle grew up at Petersburg. She is a 2006 graduate of UNK with a degree in advertising and marketing. She was also named the 2017 Marketer of the Year by the American Marketing Association – Omaha.
During her time at SCORR Marketing, Buntemeyer has had a role in serving more than 300 global pharmaceutical companies, drug development service providers and healthcare organizations. She is responsible for SCORR’s day-to-day operations and growth, and holds a strategic executive role on client accounts.
Buntemeyer began her career as an intern at SCORR in 2005, and in 2018 accepted the role of president.
“Through the years I have found a passion for facilitating connections and brand recognition across the drug development industry,” said Buntemeyer. “Looking forward, I hope to continue to focus our team on providing strategic and creative solutions for our clients so they can achieve their goals and improve the future of healthcare around the world.”
The 39th annual Distinguished Alumni Awards will be presented during a luncheon at UNK this Friday, Oct. 4. Buntemeyer will also be honored at the UNK homecoming parade on Oct. 5.
She is the daughter of Steve and Jane Faust of Petersburg.
