William “Bill” D. Keeshan

William “Bill” D. Keeshan, 81 of Albion, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2019 at the Josie Harper Hospice House, Omaha. Bill is survived by his wife Karen of Omaha, three children: Sherry (Jay) Laseman of Omaha, Kevin (Denise) Keeshan of Lincoln, and Julie (Eric) Rasmussen of Gretna, grandson Shaun (Lacey) Keeshan, grandchildren: Kaydence, Teagen Rasmussen, and Austin Keeshan, great grandson Grady Keeshan, brother Gary Keeshan of Columbus, sister Janelle Meyers of Columbus, and sister-in-law MaryAnn Keeshan of Tool, TX, along with many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jim, sister-in-law Diane Keeshan, brother-in-law David Meyers, and nephew James “Junior” Keeshan.
A Memorial Mass was held Monday, Dec. 2, 2019 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Albion with Fr. Mark Tomasiewicz officiating. Inurnment followed at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery, Albion, with Military Rites conducted by American Legion Post 162 and VFW Post 736 of Albion, Army Funeral Honor Guard, and the American Legion Riders.
