Retiring long time staff members are, l.-r., Ginger Bygland, Gay Sandman and Marcia Seier.Three long term staff members of Boone Central Public School were honored at a drive-by event Friday evening, May 15, at the elementary school entrance. Well-wishers greeted spring retirees Ginger Bygland, third grade teacher, and Marcia Seier, school nurse, as well as Gay Sandman, district bookkeeper, who will retire next fall.
Ginger Bygland has been an elementary teacher for 34 years, and Marcia Seier, school nurse for 28 years, are featured in the May 20 Albion News print and e-editions.
