Jerome Leo Sandman, 68 of Deshler, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha following an 18-month battle with skin cancer.
He is survived by his five siblings: Jeanne Schrader of Denver, CO, Don (Becky) Sandman of Utica, Kay (Vince) Hoefler of Lincoln, Beverly (Ken) Johnson of Woodbury, MN and Ray (Karen) Sandman of Mesa, AZ, along with aunts, nieces, nephews cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and brother-in-law Gary Schrader.
A Celebration of Jerome’s Life will take place at a later date, and inurnment will take place at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Petersburg. Levander Funeral Home of Albion was in charge of arrangements.
