Trombley emphasizes military values in Veterans Day speech

Values of honor, courage and commitment learned in military service were emphasized by Veterans Day speaker Blake Trombley in the annual program at Boone Central Public Schools last Wednesday, Nov. 11.
This year’s Veterans Day program had limited public attendance due to COVID-19 concerns, but it was broadcast on the internet through STRIV-TV.
Trombley served in both the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was an intelligence officer, and the U.S. Army, where his unit cleared roadside bombs. He is now a para-educator at Boone Central.
