MarthaAnn “Marty” Anderson, 81, of Newman Grove, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021 at Brighton Gardens, Omaha.
Marty is survived by her son Kevin (Kim) Anderson of Omaha, two daughters: Anita (Mark) Muller of Allen and Karla Dohmen of Omaha, eight grandchildren: Mitchell (Laura) Anderson of Omaha, Emma (Stefan) Hald of Omaha, Alex Anderson of Kearney, Barbra and Heather Dohmen, both of Omaha, Daniel, Kristyna, and Megan Muller of Allen, seven great grandchildren: Isabelle Shields, Videl and Nolan Wheatly, Oliver and Charles Anderson, Luella and Thea Hald, brother Greg (Deborah) Cederlind of Washington, three sisters: Gwen (Curt) Condit, Joni (Dan) Letlow and Donna (J. Greg) Hunter, all of California, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gale, son Jeremy, stepfather Milton and sister Julie.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Shell Creek Lutheran Church in Newman Grove with Pastor Becky Beckman officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Shell Creek Cemetery, rural Newman Grove. Current COVID-19 DHM’s in effect, and masks will be required at the visitation and funeral service.
