Large crowd attends Back to School Cash event

An estimated 250 people attended the Back to School Cash event and open house at Albion’s downtown mini-park on Thursday evening, July 29.
Some 170 area students presented their report cards to receive Albion Chamber Bucks for their A’s and E’s.
A hot dog meal was served, along with root beer floats.
A featured attraction was the dunk tank, with eight staff members from Boone Central from Boone Central and St. Michael’s were “dunked” by accurate throws from their students.
