Peggy Jean Sutton, 71, of St. Edward, passed away Sunday, Oct. 17, 2021 at CHI Health Nebraska Heart in Lincoln. Peggy is survived by her husband Jack Sutton of St. Edward, son Steve (Angie) Sutton of St. Edward, three grandsons: Ethan (Kelsie) Sutton, Ian Sutton and Wesley Tate Sutton, all of St. Edward, sister Susan (Bruce) Nissen of St. Edward, two brothers: Tony Sorensen of Arkansas and Vernon Sorensen of Lincoln, sister-in-law Cindy Sorensen of St. Edward, as well as nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother John Sorensen and nephew Bill Sorensen.
A Private Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at St. Ansgar Lutheran Church-Rosenborg, rural Lindsay. Following the service, a celebration of life, which will be open to the public will be held from 3-5 p.m. at Centennial Cottages Community Room in St. Edward.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family for use at a later date.
