George ‘Dave’ Parli, 90, of Albion, passed away Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022, at Cloverlodge Care Center in St. Edward. A private family service will be held Friday, Jan. 7, 2022 with a Celebration of Life to follow at 1 p.m. for friends at the Casey Building at the Albion Fairgrounds. He is survived by his children: Jenice (Tom) Stevenson of Albion, Scott Parli and Belinda Meysenburg of Albion, Gwen Greger and Tim Dickey of Belgrade, six grandchildren: Justin (Michelle) Stevenson, Adam (Sara) Stevenson, Cody (Dawn) Stevenson, Tasha (Ty) Bopp, Jean (Ryan) Cornwell, and D.J. Greger, 15 great grandchildren, sister Marlene (Larry) Viterna, sister-in-law Darleen Schumuecker, many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma, his parents, sister Mary Lou (Marion) Gertsch, brother Dan Parli, son-in-law Dan Greger, brother-in-law Don Schumuecker and niece Jamelyn Viterna.
A private family inurnment will be at a later date at Rose Hill Cemetery in Albion.
