Arts Council, AEDC form partnership

As of June 1, the Arts Council has a new home and office space in the new Albion Economic Development Corp. (AEDC) building on 4th Street, downtown Albion. This allows the Arts Council to be more visible and accessible to the community.
Recently, the Arts Council formed a partnership with AEDC in an effort to grow, serve, and advance the Albion community.
“This partnership is a perfect fit since we have a shared goal, which is to promote the development of this community,” stated Jennifer Walters, incoming Arts Council director.
Jeff Jarecki, AEDC Board president, stated: “The Albion Economic Development Corporation is thrilled to be partnering with the Arts Council. The Arts Council has and will continue to provide entertainment and educational opportunities for community members. These opportunities are significant to the development, draw to and growth of our community.”
