At the Oct. 10 meeting of the Newman Grove School Board, President Jeanie McCloud, r., presented a plaque to Kristen Nelson, l., honoring the longtime school board service of her late husband, Scott. David Fowlkes has been appointed as a new member to replace Scott, and he began his service Monday night.
