Many Boone County area residents have taken advantage of unseasonably warm temperatures earlier this fall to decorate for the fall and Halloween seasons.

Temperatures plummeted overnight Oct. 16-17 to reach a low of 16 degrees, but warmer temps are expected to return later this week.
