A new building for D. C. Ag and Chemical is progressing rapidly at the industrial site southeast of Albion along Highway 39.
The new building will include a 100 x 300 foot shop and warehouse, with a 60 x 60 foot office attached.
Owner Dallas Choat said his goal is to occupy the building by next spring.
