James Dean “Jim” or “Sonny” Voboril, 87, of Greeley passed away on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023 at Bryan Medical Center West in Lincoln. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters: Jane (Kim) Voboril and Jeri Voboril, granddaughter Nikki (Tyler) Reeh, great granddaughter Leona Reeh, brothers: Joe (Mary) Voboril and Larry (Linda) Voboril, and sisters: Elaine (Marnie) Voboril and and Linda (Gordon) Silver.
He was met at the gates of Heaven by his parents, and his wife Sandra.
Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Greeley. Burial was at the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Military Honors were presented by the Charles E. Martin American Legion Post 186.
Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice to be designated at a later time.
T. J. Finn and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
