BCHC donates defibrillator to Zion Lutheran Church

To enhance community safety, Boone County Health Center (BCHC) has generously donated an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to Zion Lutheran Church in Albion.
An AED is a portable device that can be used to deliver an electric shock to the heart in cases of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), condition that can strike anyone, anywhere, regardless of age or health.
Immediate access to an AED significantly increases the chances of survival for individuals experiencing SCA.
The donation underscores the health center’s commitment to the well-being of the local community.
