Mid-Nebraska Lutheran Home of Newman Grove announced Monday that more than $69,000 has been contributed to its fund-raising effort announced last week.The total raised as of 3 p.m. Monday was $69,160 from more than 70 donors, which included individuals, families, businesses, organizations and churches.Goal of the drive is $80,000 to help assure the survival of the local nursing home.
